Barry County, MI — Coming in June, 2026 — A powerful regional gathering of worship, prayer, and unity is coming to West Michigan this summer. Jesus’ Fire: Breakthrough Worship and Prayer West Michigan will take place at the Barry County Fairgrounds Expo Center, bringing together believers from across denominations, churches, and communities for one purpose: to seek spiritual breakthrough and renewed unity in Christ.

This one-night event is centered on a simple but urgent call — to lay down division and rally around what matters most: Jesus. At a time when many feel the strain of disconnection within the Church, Jesus’ Fire aims to create space for believers to come together in authentic worship, united prayer, and shared expectation for God to move across the region.

The evening will begin with a vendor and connection experience from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, where churches, Christian nonprofits, and Kingdom-minded business leaders are invited to participate. Organizations will have the opportunity to host tables, share their mission, and connect with attendees in a meaningful way. This portion of the event is designed to strengthen collaboration and visibility across the Body of Christ in West Michigan.

Attendees will also be able to enjoy a variety of food trucks on-site, creating a welcoming and community-centered atmosphere before the main gathering begins.

At 6:00 PM, the main worship gathering will begin and continue through approximately 9:00 PM, featuring a unified worship team made up of regional worship leaders and musicians. This collective expression of worship reflects the heart of the event — many voices, one sound, centered on Jesus.

The night will also include powerful teaching and ministry from two keynote speakers:

• Karla VanOtteren — A passionate leader, author, and prophetic voice in regional and national prayer movements, Karla carries a deep call to awaken and activate the body of Christ to know God's voice, experience real-life change, and live out healthy prophetic ministry. Her heart is to equip believers to partner with the Holy Spirit for transformation in both personal lives and entire regions. • Elizabeth Busk — A dynamic speaker, anointed worship leader and ministry pioneer, Elizabeth brings a strong emphasis on the fire of God, inner healing, and wholehearted devotion to Jesus. Through her work with Fire Heart Ministries, she has helped ignite believers to live fully surrendered lives, marked by freedom, identity, and bold faith. Together, these leaders will call attendees into deeper alignment with Christ and greater unity with one another, creating space for genuine spiritual renewal.

Event organizers emphasize that this is not about promoting one church, ministry, or expression — but about strengthening the whole Body.

Once the event closes, the vendor area will be open again from 8:30 to 9:00.
